1. NAME OF SPONSOR AND ADMINISTRATOR:
The sponsor and administrator of the Fiji Valentine’s Day Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is
Fareportal Inc. (“Sponsor”). This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, or Pinterest (“Ad Platforms). You understand that you are providing your information to Sponsor and not to the Ad Platforms. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes must be directed to the Sponsor, not to the Ad Platforms.

2. ELIGIBILITY:
The Sweepstakes is open only to permanent legal residents of the fifty (50) states of the
United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Rhode Island), who are a couple (the term “couple” is hereinafter defined as two (2) people, twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry). Proof of residency and age may be required. Employees, officers, directors and representatives of Sponsor and each of its respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, their respective advertising and promotion agencies and members of the immediate family of each of the above are ineligible to enter or win a prize. The term “immediate family members” includes spouses, parents, step-parents, legal guardians, children, step-children, siblings and step-siblings, grandparents and grandchildren and each of their respective spouses and any other person residing in the same household, whether or not related. All federal, state, and local laws apply.

3. WHEN AND HOW TO ENTER:
The Sweepstakes entry period begins at 12:00AM Eastern Time on January 29, 2018 and ends at 11:59PM Eastern Time on February 11, 2018 (“Sweepstakes Period”). The Sponsor’s clock is the official time for the Sweepstakes.
To enter for a chance to win, visit one (1) of the Ad Platforms to be directed to https://www.cheapoair.com/promos/valentines-day-giveaway (the “Site”) during the Sweepstakes Period and complete the official on-line entry form by providing your first and last name and e-mail address. Limit one (1) prize per person and per household. You may not use multiple emails or Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, or Pinterest accounts to enter into the Sweepstakes. To preserve the standards of the Sweepstakes, the Sponsor may ask for additional information
which will be used for fraud prevention. Entries that (i) exceed the limit stated previously,
(ii) are late, illegible, incomplete, damaged, delayed, lost, tampered with, incomprehensible, forged, mutilated, misdirected or inaccurate, (iii) generated by a script, macro or other automated/repetitive electronic means or (iv) otherwise not in compliance with these official
rules will be disqualified. All requested information on the entry form must be completed in English to enter and be eligible.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, illegible, incomplete, mutilated or stolen entries; errors
appearing on the entry form, within these Official Rules, in any Sweepstakes related
advertisements or other materials; or other errors of any kind whether mechanical, human,
electronic or otherwise.

4. GENERAL WINNER SELECTION:
Odds of winning the Sweepstakes depend solely on the total number of valid entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
Winner will be selected by Sponsor in a random drawing from all eligible entries received
during the Sweepstakes Period, on or about February 14, 2018. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to choose an alternative winner (also by a random drawing from among the remaining eligible entries) in the event that the original winner (or subsequently chosen
winner) is disqualified, declines the prize or is deemed ineligible. All decisions made by
Sponsor regarding this Sweepstakes are final.
Winner will be notified by e-mail following drawing. Winner will be sent (via email, facsimile and/or other method determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor) an affidavit of eligibility together with liability/publicity release (“Affidavit and Release”). Winner must complete and return (as directed by Sponsor) the Affidavit and Release (unless restricted by law), which must be received by Sponsor no later than seven (7) business days after the Affidavit and Release is sent to winner. Additionally, all guests of winner must complete, sign and return a Travel Companion Liability Release, and where permitted by law, a Publicity Release prior to issuance of travel documents. Before the winner and guest is entitled to receive the prize, each of them are required to provide Sponsor with a valid, properly completed and executed
IRS Form W-9 (in addition to any other requested information) for tax purposes as well as a valid government issued photo identification card. Sponsor shall have no liability for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by the potential winner for any reason and Sponsor not obligated to leave voice mail, answering machine or other message. Proof of response by a potential winner does not
constitute proof of receipt by Sponsor.

5. PRIZE AND PRIZE RESTRICTIONS:
Eligible winner(s) will receive: Two (2) round trip coach class tickets to Fiji from Fiji Airways,
flying out of or via a Los Angeles or San Francisco gateway.
Additionally, the prize includes a four (4) night, double occupancy hotel accommodation in
Fiji at the Sofitel Fiji Resort & Spa.

The total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prize is up to FOUR THOUSAND UNITED
STATES DOLLARS (US$4000). Any difference between the ARV and actual retail value of the
Prize, in whole or in part, shall not be awarded to Winner. The Prize is not transferable or
redeemable for cash or exchanged for any other goods of any kind. If Winner chooses not to share the Prize with a Guest, then Winner is not entitled to any reimbursement or credit of
any kind. The stated approximate retail value and the actual value of the Prize may vary
based on airfare fluctuations and distance between departure location. No substitution
allowed except, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, a prize of equal or greater value may be
substituted. The Internal Revenue Service (“IRS”) requires Form 1099-MISC to be issued and filed with the IRS for each recipient of a prize who is a resident of the United States if the value of that prize is at least SIX HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS (US$600). Reporting and payment of any applicable federal, state, and local taxes is the sole responsibility of prize
winner. All travel plans for winner and any guest(s) must be made at one time through
CheapOair.com, on or prior to April 14, 2018. Travel dates are subject to availability and
holiday/blackout dates, conventions and special event periods, must include a Saturday-night stay, and must be completed by December 21, 2018. The dates valid for travel originating from Los Angeles or San Francisco to destination must be from March 14, 2018 to June 13, 2018 and September 11, 2018 to December 21, 2018 only. Blackout period is June 14, 2018 to September 10, 2018. All travel requests will be fulfilled based on availability. Guest of winner must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older. If winner is unable to travel by date indicated, prize will be forfeited. Prizes may not be transferred or assigned except by
Sponsor. Winner must meet the designated car rental company’s requirements in order to
receive the car rental portion of the prize, if any.
If prize includes international travel, customs and immigration require certain documents to
travel to foreign country; it is the winner’s sole responsibility for winner and any guest to
travel with the required documents. No refunds will be made if improper documentation or
failure to comply with any of the rules and regulations of the travel provider results in denied boarding or entry, and prize will be forfeited. Unless otherwise designated, all air travel will be provided by an airline designated by CheapOair.com. Prizes, reservations, and airline (or cruise) tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, non-changeable once issued, and may not be used in conjunction with any other competition or offer. No refunds or credit changes are allowed. If tickets are lost, stolen or expire prior to use (unless restricted by law), they will not be replaced. Credit for previous purchases is not permitted. All tickets are subject to the vagaries of flight variation, work stoppages, and schedule or route changes. The prize will only be awarded to eligible winners if the prize if properly claimed in accordance with these official rules. All other costs and expenses related to prize acceptance and use not specified in the official rules are the sole responsibility of winner(s). Winners are not entitled to exchange, transfer or assign prizes or to obtain cash or other substitutes, but Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Prize will not be replaced if lost, stolen or expired prior to use (unless restricted by law).

6. GENERAL CONDITIONS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
By participating in this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects and cannot be appealed. By entering, each entrant agrees and acknowledges that Sponsor and its parent
company, affiliates, divisions, subsidiaries and advertising and promotions agencies, the Ad
Platforms, and each of their respective employees, officers, shareholders, representatives, directors and agents (collectively, “Releasees”) are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed, misdirected, mutilated, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or unintelligible entries; (ii) telephone system, facsimile, technical or computer malfunctions,
lost connections, disconnections or transmission or other errors of any kind whether mechanical, human, electronic or otherwise relating to or in connection with the
Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in connection with the
administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (iii) data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of entry or other materials; (iv) any injuries, losses, costs, expenses or damages to person or property of any kind caused, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by the prize or resulting from redemption, acceptance,
possession, loss or use or misuse of any prize or from participating in the Sweepstakes or any
Sweepstakes related activity; or (v) any printing, typographical, administrative, human or
technological errors in any material associated with the Sweepstakes. Releasees have not
made and/or are not responsible for any warranties, representations or guarantees, express or implied, in fact or law relating to any prizes, regarding the use, value or enjoyment of the prize, including, without limitation, its quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (b) any and all claims,
judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out of pocket costs incurred not to exceed ONE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS (US$100), including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, but in no event will attorneys’ fees be awarded or recoverable; and (c) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and entrant hereby knowingly and expressly waives all rights to seek, punitive, direct, indirect, incidental and/or consequential damages and/or any other damages, other than actual out of pocket expenses, and/or any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. In no event will Releasees be responsible or liable for any damages or losses of any kind, arising out of entrant’s access to, use of, or downloading from and/or printing material downloaded from www.CheapOair.com or any other Web site associated with this Sweepstakes. Without
limiting the foregoing, everything on said Web sites is provided “as is” without warranty of
any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of
merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Limitations or
exclusions of liability for incidental or consequential damages and/or exclusions of implied warranties subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY
DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES
MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE
MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING
ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST
EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, cancel or suspend this
Sweepstakes (or any portion of the Sweepstakes) at any time and for any reason or no reason. Sponsor may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, of it determines entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other participants or Sponsor’s representatives. The interpretation of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under, or related to, the Sweepstakes must be brought in the federal and state courts located in New York County, New York. By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant hereby agrees that Sponsor and any of their designees or subcontractors may use: (1) the personal information collected from entrant for
the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes, fulfilling prizes (if applicable), and providing
entrant with information relating to Sponsor or its affiliates and each of their, respective
products, services and promotions and (2) his or her name, voice, biographical data and/or
likeness in any and all media now known or hereinafter devised, throughout the universe and in perpetuity, for the purpose of advertising and promoting the Sweepstakes or any other
promotion, contest or sweepstakes sponsored by Sponsor, except where prohibited by law.
For example, each entrant understands and agrees that if he/she is selected as a potential
winner, such entrant’s name, city and state may be announced at www.CheapOair.com and
elsewhere. Sponsor will not sell, share or otherwise disclose an entrant’s personal information to a third party, other than to those engaged by Sponsor to fulfill the above purposes, without the entrant’s permission or as otherwise permitted by Sponsor’s privacy policy. For more information regarding the collection, use and disclosure of entrant’s personal information, please see the privacy policy at www.CheapOair.com. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
